HH Capital partnered with Spring Rock Capital to acquire NEMB in September, 2019. Since 1965, New England Miniature Ball has specialized in the manufacture and efficient processing of precision balls in a broad range of materials for bearings, linear devices, valves, and more. Headquartered in Norfolk, CT, NEMB operates a wholly owned subsidiary near Shanghai, China. This facility supplements the Connecticut factory by providing high volume capabilities and a geographically strategic location and allows them to accommodate international requirements and to competitively serve the domestic market.
HH Capital made a minority investment in the acquisition of Queen Foods Wholesale Distributor based in Kansas City, MO. Since 1991, Queen Foods has distributed meats, seafood, and more to the Kansas City metropolitan area. Queen Foods has a focus on quality products and premium service.
